Rice bag is made up of minky fabric with rice and lavender essential oil. Rice bag is only one color so if you choose rice bag only it will come as one solid color. More colors and patterns of rice bags coming soon!

Rice bags can be used for any sore muscle as well. Not just menstrual cramps!

Sleeves have three snaps to hold in the rice bag.

Simply placed the rice bag in the microwave for 30 seconds. Paul rice bag out by the corner and gently shake. Place rice bag in the sleeve and snap closed. Stays warm for about 30 minutes. When effects wear off reheat in the microwave for another 30 seconds!
